Yes. This tool is free, requires no account, and accepts up to 10,000 characters per conversion.
Is my text or audio uploaded?
No. Text, imported files, waveform generation and MP3 encoding stay in this browser. Initial setup downloads ONNX Runtime from jsDelivr and revision-pinned voice files from Hugging Face; those providers receive normal network request information, but not your text or audio.
Why does the first visit download files?
Speech generation runs on your device. The voice requires 16.21 MB of files, plus the device-specific ONNX Runtime. Complete files are cached for later visits unless browser storage is cleared.
Which languages and voices are available?
This tool supports English and one fixed male voice. It does not provide multiple voices, voice cloning or multilingual speech.
What MP3 format does it create?
The page generates a 24 kHz mono MP3 at 128 kbps. The audio is encoded and downloaded locally in your browser.
